Do Jehovah’s Witnesses Have Stronger Backs than did St. Peter and the fathers?

Jehovah’s Witnesses and others tell us the Old Testament Laws of Leviticus are still in force.

They prefer the poison of “An eye for any eye”  to the antidote of “Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.”

In Acts 15:10 Peter stated, “Why burden them with that which neither we nor the fathers have been able to bear?” Anyone who claims that for Christians Leviticus is still in force is saying they can bear what Peter and the fathers could not.

Can they? Of course not. No one can. Not Peter. Not the fathers. Not you. Not me. Not anyone.

Those forgiven little love little.

We have too many poor sinners who forgive little.

Those forgiven much love much.

Paul taught we cannot apply one part of Leviticus without applying all of it. God loves great sinners. I am a great sinner and proud of it. —Reg Hartt
